This policy covers GA Studios Uploader, an internal tool used by GA66 Studios to publish videos to its own YouTube channel. Privacy policies for our mobile apps are published on each app's own support page.

What the tool does

GA Studios Uploader uses the YouTube API Services to upload videos that we create, together with their title, description, thumbnail, captions and playlist, to our own YouTube channel, and to read basic statistics of that channel. It is not offered to the public and is used only by the channel owner.

Information we access and store

• The tool accesses only the YouTube channel of the account that authorizes it (our own channel).
• It does not collect, store or share personal data of any other YouTube users or viewers.
• The authorization token is stored only on our own computer and is never shared with third parties.

Data retention and deletion

The tool does not keep a database of YouTube data. The only stored item is the OAuth authorization token of our own channel, kept on our own computer. It is deleted when access is revoked (see below) or when the tool is no longer used. Videos and captions uploaded to YouTube can be deleted at any time in YouTube Studio. To request deletion of any information related to this tool, email us at the address below; we respond within 30 days.

By using YouTube features of this tool you are bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

Revoking access

Access can be revoked at any time from the Google account's security settings: https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.
